EXPLOSIVE FORMULATION
Chemical R&D

Our in-house chemical team develops custom explosive compositions from the ground up. We work at formulation level — adjusting compound ratios, oxidiser selection, and additive profiles to meet precise operational requirements.

Custom HE compositions — adjusted for blast characteristics, sensitivity, and environmental stability
Pyrotechnic mixture development — flash, smoke, illumination, and incendiary formulations
Bulk chemical supply — BlastTec supplies raw explosive chemicals to other European defence manufacturers

Our CNC metal engineering team designs and produces custom ordnance casings, components, and hardware to exact client specification. If it can be machined, we can make it.

BlastTec designs and prototypes custom fuze mechanisms tailored to specific deployment requirements. Mass production of fuze mechanisms is handled through qualified external partners — ensuring design freedom and production compliance.
